Dear Community Members

For some time, Coast Connect Operations Limited (CCOL) has been experiencing operational challenges which have placed significant pressures on the commercial viability of the services we provide to the community.

The Board and management team been working tirelessly to address these operational challenges.Unfortunately, due to external factors it is apparent that CCOL is not in a position to continue its operations.

As such the Board has made the difficult decision to place CCOL into Members Voluntary Liquidation from 23rd September 2024 and cease normal operations from 20 September 2024.

A skeleton workforce will be in place until 27 September 2024 to liaise with our customers to make alternative transport arrangements and to liaise with our suppliers, contractors and key stakeholders.

This decision to place CCOL into Members Voluntary Liquidation has not been taken lightly and there is nothing the Board, management team nor employees could have done to prevent the cessation of
operations.

Our focus up to 27 September 2024 will be to liaise with our clients to assist making alternate transport arrangement.

For the time being, Please direct any queries to ceo@ccol.org.au as further contact information will be provided in the coming week.

Your sincerely.
Coast Connect Operations Limited
